I level support
I level support is provided directly by the community and it is completely free for all Hymera operating system users.
Thanks to the community portal, Hymera users will never be alone. Everyone can find an immediate answer to his problems checking the Official documentation, drawn up by Hymera team and the Community Documentation drawn up by the users themselves.
Other than Documentation, users can find technical support on several
Forum sections, not only about installation and first boot but also about the veritable use of
Hymera OS, installation of new applications, installation, set up and use of peripherals and so on
Briefly, users have at their disposal IRC channels to get immediate support.
II level support
Purchasing Hymera Desktop Edition and Hymera Evolution users have right to a II level support. It is offered via the web and it ensures to solve the problem within 2 days through a specific forum section or via the e-mail. Customer service lasts for 1 year and users can renew their subscription.
